Technoline Ltd donates medical equipment to the MMM Healing Centre in South Sudan.

Wednesday, 20 July 2016 13:34

Technoline Ltd recently donated some medical equipment to the Medical Missionaries of Mary Healing Centre in South Sudan. The MMM Healing Centre consists of a Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) for the care of mother and child and adults in general and a social department where counselling services can be provided and activities with youths can be held as well as women empowerment courses.

Medical Missionaries of Mary came to South Sudan in March 2013 at the invitation of the local Bishop (Rudolph Deng Majak) to answer the dire needs of a war-displaced community.

This year the Centre hopes to finalise the construction and furnishing of the MMM Healing Centre. Since there is no electricity in Wau the Centre is looking for Maltese sponsors to help them with the provision of solar installation.

Anyone wishing to make a donation can contact Sr. Irene Balzan directly on her email address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
